At CASAGiN, everything we create is in harmony with people and the environment. Where are the garments produced?

Small family-run companies, local businesses where every single person's work counts and where manufacturing is still an art form. 100% Italian production represents a unique guarantee of quality. The workshops we collaborate with are located at a maximum distance of 70 km from our headquarters. Our products are indeed subject to strict production standards that only true Made in Italy can guarantee, including the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, which certifies that the dyes used are harmless to human health and the environment.

Can I machine wash the garments?

CASAGiN clothing can be machine washed at 30°C. The natural fibers used are as resistant as, if not more than, traditional cotton and, compared to cotton, tend to shrink and fade much less. Over time, some pilling may occur. Therefore, remember that hand washing is the most recommended and ecological choice!

How do I choose the size that fits me best?

CASAGiN underwear has a loose, comfortable fit. This is why there are only two sizes: S/M and L/XL. Consult the size chart to find the one that fits you best.

CASAGiN socks are characterized by high elasticity, which allows them to fit multiple sizes. After the first wash, they shrink in size only to regain the shape best suited to the wearer's foot.

Can I return the purchased products?

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to change your mind and return the purchased products. You must send us the items to be returned via courier or postal service and notify us of your decision via email. As soon as we receive the products and verify their integrity, we will refund the entire amount of the returned goods. Alternatively, you can choose to exchange the color and/or size, and we will send the goods at our expense. Before returning the goods, ensure that the items have not been worn, washed, or damaged. All items must be returned with the original packaging, including the labels with which the item was provided. Digital gift cards cannot be returned.
