Bamboo according to us

for us.... made in italy

The difference is made by Made in Italy

Bamboo is an extraordinary plant, but to transform it into the soft fabric you wear there is a fundamental crossroads. Often, behind a very low price hides a standard foreign production, quite different from the one we choose in Italy.

Skin health

  • Abroad (Mass production): To dissolve bamboo wood and turn it into yarn, many foreign factories use an aggressive open-loop chemical process. Substances such as carbon disulfide and caustic soda are often released into the environment or risk leaving chemical traces on the final fabric, which then remains in direct contact with your skin.
  • In Italy (Our choice): Fiber processing in Italy follows strict EU standards and textile safety certifications (such as OEKO-TEX®). This guarantees you a completely hypoallergenic, pure, and safe fabric, free of toxic residues and ideal even for the most sensitive skin or for underwear.

Environmental impact and the supply chain

Abroad: Many Asian production facilities are not required to recycle the water and solvents they use. Everything ends up in local rivers, damaging the ecosystem. Furthermore, a garment produced and packaged on the other side of the world must travel thousands of kilometers on high-carbon-intensity cargo ships before reaching you.

In Italy: Choosing Italian manufacturing means supporting a short supply chain and a closed-loop cycle. The solvents used are 99% recovered and reused, the water is purified, and the CO₂ footprint from transportation is drastically reduced to near zero.
