Where are the garments produced?

Small family-run businesses, local companies where the work of each individual person counts and where craftsmanship is still an art. The 100% Italian production represents a unique guarantee of quality. The workshops we collaborate with are located at a maximum distance of 70 km from our headquarters. Our products are in fact subjected to strict production standards that only true Made in Italy can guarantee, including the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, which certifies that the dyes used are harmless to human health and the environment.

Can I wash the garments in the washing machine?

CASAGiN garments can be machine washed at 30°C. The natural fibers used are as resistant as, if not more than, traditional cotton and tend to shrink and fade much less than cotton. Over time, they might develop pilling. So, remember that hand washing is the most recommended and eco-friendly choice!

How do I choose the best size for me?

CASAGiN underwear has a comfortable, soft fit. That is why there are only two sizes: S/M and L/XL. Consult the size chart to find the best fit for you.

CASAGiN socks feature high elasticity, which allows them to fit multiple sizes. After the first wash, they shrink in size and then regain the shape best suited to the wearer's foot.

Can I return the purchased products?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and return the purchased products. You will need to send us the items to be returned via Courier or Postal Service and notify us of your decision via email. As soon as we receive the products and verify their integrity, we will refund the entire amount of the returned merchandise. Alternatively, you can choose to change color and/or size, and we will send the goods at our expense. Before returning the goods, make sure the items have not been worn, washed, or damaged. All items must be returned with the original packaging, including the labels with which the item was supplied. Digital gift cards cannot be returned.
