Where are the garments produced?

Small family-run businesses, local realities where the work of every single person counts and where craftsmanship is still an art. 100% Italian production represents a guarantee of unique quality. The workshops we collaborate with are located at a maximum distance of 70 km from our headquarters. Our products are in fact subjected to strict production standards that only true Made in Italy can guarantee, among these the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® which certifies that the dyes used are harmless to human health and the environment.

Can I machine wash the garments?

CASAGiN clothing can be machine washed at 30°C. The natural fibers used are as resistant as, or more than, traditional cotton and, compared to cotton, they tend to shrink and fade much less. Over time, they might develop pilling. Therefore, remember that hand washing is the most recommended and eco-friendly choice!

How do I choose the size that fits me best?

CASAGiN intimate apparel has a soft fit. That is why there are only two sizes: S/M and L/XL. Consult the size chart to find the one that fits you best.

CASAGiN socks are characterized by high elasticity that allows them to fit multiple sizes. After the first wash, they shrink in size and then take on the shape best suited to the wearer's foot.

Can I return the purchased products?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and return the products purchased. You will need to send us the products to be returned via Courier or Postal Service and notify us of your decision via email. As soon as we receive the products and verify their integrity, we will refund the full amount of the returned goods. Alternatively, you can choose to change color and/or size and we will send you the goods at our expense. Before returning the goods, ensure that the items have not been worn, washed, or damaged. All items must be returned with the original packaging, including the labels with which the item was supplied. Digital gift vouchers cannot be returned.
