The fabrics we use are natural, biodegradable, or recycled and are all Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, meaning they are free from substances harmful to health. Furthermore, our organic cotton is also GOTS certified, while beech fiber is naturally antibacterial and hypoallergenic. All our garments are extremely soft and gentle on the skin.

Where are the garments produced?

Small family-run businesses, local companies where the work of every single person counts and where craftsmanship is still an art. 100% Italian production represents a guarantee of unique quality. The workshops we collaborate with are located at a maximum distance of 70 km from our headquarters. Our products are subject to strict production regulations that only true Made in Italy can guarantee, including the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, which certifies that the dyes used are harmless to human health and the environment.

Can I wash the garments in the washing machine?

CASAGiN clothing can be machine washed at 30°C. The natural fibers used are as resistant as, if not more than, traditional cotton and tend to shrink and fade much less compared to cotton. Over time, pilling may occur. Therefore, remember that hand washing is the most recommended and ecological choice!

How do I choose the most suitable size for me?

CASAGiN underwear has a soft fit. This is why there are only two sizes, S/M and L/XL. Consult the size chart to find the one best suited to you.

CASAGiN socks feature high elasticity, allowing them to fit multiple sizes. After the first wash, they shrink in size before returning to the most suitable shape for the wearer's foot.

Can I return the purchased products?

You have 14 days from receipt of the order to change your mind and return the purchased products. You must send the items to be returned to us via courier or postal service and inform us of your decision via email. As soon as we receive the products and verify their integrity, we will refund the entire amount of the returned goods. Alternatively, you can choose to change color and/or size, and we will send the goods at our expense. Before returning the goods, ensure that the items have not been worn, washed, or damaged. All items must be returned with the original packaging, including the labels with which the item was provided. Digital gift cards cannot be returned.
