Where are the garments produced? Small, family-run businesses, local operations where the work of every single individual counts and where manufacturing is still an art. 100% Italian production is a guarantee of unique quality. The workshops we collaborate with are located within a maximum distance of 70 km from our headquarters. Our products are indeed subject to strict production standards that only true Made in Italy can guarantee, including the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® which certifies that the dyes used are harmless to human health and the environment. Can I wash the garments in the washing machine? CASAGiN clothing can be machine washed at 30°C. The natural fibers used are as durable, if not more so, than traditional cotton and tend to shrink and fade much less than cotton. Over time, they may form some pilling. So, remember that hand washing is the most recommended and eco-friendly choice! How do I choose the best size for me? CASAGiN underwear has a soft fit. That is why there are only two sizes: S/M and L/XL. Consult the size chart to find the best fit for you. CASAGiN socks are characterized by high elasticity, allowing them to fit multiple sizes. After the first wash, they shrink in size before returning to the shape best suited to the wearer's foot. Can I return the purchased products? You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and return the products purchased. You must send the products to be returned to us via courier or postal service and inform us of your decision via email. As soon as we receive the products and verify their integrity, we will refund the full amount of the returned merchandise. Alternatively, you can choose to exchange for color and/or size, and we will ship the goods at our expense. Before returning the goods, ensure that the items have not been worn, washed, or damaged. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including the labels with which the item was supplied. Digital gift cards cannot be returned.
