Return shipping is at the customer's expense; you can choose a refund, excluding shipping costs, to the payment method you used, or an exchange for color or size.

If you choose to exchange the purchased product for a different size or color, or exchange it for another product, you will only pay for the shipping to send the item back to us; the cost for the new shipment will be covered by us.

To make a return, ship the product to us, noting your choice by hand on the transport document you found inside the package.

14 DAYS: 

Products may be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date.

Items to be returned must be returned exactly as they were received, meaning clean and intact; we do not accept returns and will not issue refunds for products that are visibly worn or dirty. Clothing must have its original tag or packaging. The merchandise must NOT have been used, tampered with, or washed.

TRANSPORT DOCUMENT: 

Include the transport document you received with your order in the package, as we cannot identify senders of "anonymous returns" and therefore cannot issue a refund. If you have discarded or lost the delivery note, you can reprint the order summary and delivery note from your account on the website, or if you are unable to do so, you can include a piece of paper in the package with your order reference, date, and your full name so that we can process the return correctly.

SHIP THE PACKAGE: 

Return shipping costs are your responsibility; you can ship via any courier or the postal service, as long as it reaches us. If we do not receive the package or if it is lost by the courier, the return will not be completed. The same instructions apply to returns from abroad.
