The fabrics we use are natural, biodegradable, or recycled and are all Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, meaning they are free of substances harmful to health. Furthermore, our organic cotton is also GOTS certified, while beech fiber is naturally antibacterial and hypoallergenic. All our garments are extremely soft and gentle on the skin.

Where are the garments produced?

Small family-run businesses, local establishments where the work of every single person counts and where craftsmanship is still an art. 100% Italian production represents a unique quality guarantee. The workshops we collaborate with are at a maximum distance of 70 km from our headquarters. Our products are in fact subjected to strict production standards that only true Made in Italy can guarantee, including the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX®, which certifies that the dyes used are harmless to human health and the environment.

Can I wash the garments in the washing machine?

CASAGiN clothing can be washed in the washing machine at 30°C. The natural fibers used are as resistant as traditional cotton and, compared to cotton, tend to shrink and fade much less. Over time, they might develop some pilling. Therefore, remember that hand washing is the most recommended and eco-friendly choice!

How do I choose the size that fits me best?

CASAGiN underwear has a soft fit. That is why there are only two sizes: S/M and L/XL. Consult the size chart to find the one that fits you best.

CASAGiN socks are characterized by high elasticity, which allows them to fit multiple sizes. After the first wash, they shrink in size and then return to the shape best suited to the wearer's foot.

Can I return the purchased products?

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to change your mind and return the purchased products. You will need to send us the products to be returned via courier or postal service and inform us of your decision via email. As soon as we receive the products and verify their integrity, we will refund the full amount of the returned goods. Alternatively, you can choose to change the color and/or size, and we will send you the goods at our expense. Before returning the merchandise, please ensure that the items have not been worn, washed, or damaged. All items must be returned with the original packaging, including the labels with which the item was provided. Digital gift cards cannot be returned.
